Cengage Group is seeking a sales professional to drive growth across education products. You will engage with prospective customers, present solutions, and contribute to strategic plans for the assigned territory.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of teaching or education sales experience, with strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage a territory and lift up to 50 lbs. Base pay is complemented by a sales incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 2 years in education sales or teaching sales preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to build and deliver complex sales solutions.
• Able to establish and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Strong territory management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with business technologies, multiple applications, CRM, and MS Office; able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Engage in sales calls to present product solutions for digital and print products.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Create and implement strategic territory and business plans.
• Drive new business to grow the territory.
• Provide accurate forecast and sales activity reporting using sales tools and data.
• Participate in network-building events, conferences, and industry functions.
• Other duties as needed.
