• Supervises daily work of custodial staff and supervisors; coordinates staffing levels for projects.
• Prepares work schedules and biweekly payroll.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures; trains staff and ensures compliance.
• Inspects campus areas to ensure cleanliness and safety; coordinates event setup.
• Maintains records, reports, and supply inventory; coordinates with vendors.
