Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year supervisor experience in custodial or related service.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodians daily to ensure quantity and quality of work.
• Plan and perform major cleaning operations and coordinate with manager for large projects.
• Provide on-the-job safety training and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Investigate accidents and report causes of injuries.
• Coordinate with management to ensure supplies and equipment are available.
• Assist in training new employees and supervise staff performance.
