Qualifications

• Experience in custodial supervision or lead roles.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.
• Ability to plan schedules and coordinate daily work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodians daily to ensure quantity and quality of work.
• Plan and perform major cleaning operations and coordinate large projects with manager.
• Train staff on safety procedures and provide proper PPE.
• Coordinate building emergencies and safety measures.
• Manage equipment and consumables; monitor supplies.
• Discipline staff and conduct performance-related discussions.
