Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work of custodial staff; schedules and payroll.
• Ensures cleanliness standards across assigned facilities.
• Coordinates event setups on campuses and with stakeholders.
• Manages supplies, equipment, and vendor contacts.
• Trains and develops custodial personnel; enforces policies and procedures.
• Monitors operating costs and maintains high performance standards.
