Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking a facilities supervisor to coordinate daily cleaning across educational campuses. You will oversee custodians and supervisors, set staffing levels, and ensure standards of cleanliness are met while coordinating event setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• Must pass a federal fingerprint background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent work history with a team-focused approach; able to work with others and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises daily and periodic cleaning in educational complexes; oversees supervisors and custodians.
• Prepares work schedules and biweekly payroll; maintains records and reports on building conditions and supply inventories.
• Leads training for custodians and enforces procedures; coordinates event setups and staffing across campuses.
• On-call for emergencies, with ability to work nights or weekends as needed.
