Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across client sites. You will lead a team, ensure safety standards, coordinate work orders, and train staff in safety practices.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising custodians, inspecting facilities for quality, and collaborating with management to maintain supply levels and respond to emergencies. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and communication within a facilities team.

Qualifications

• Leads safety in assigned area and trains staff on safety procedures.
• Plans and supervises major cleaning projects and daily operations.
• Disciplinaries and coaching of staff as needed.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates appropriate actions.
• Ensures adequate supplies of products and chemicals for staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises custodians daily with focus on quantity and quality of work.
• Inspects areas to ensure service level quality standards.
• Coordinates work orders and building emergencies during and after hours.
• Trains new employees and provides ongoing coaching.
