Job summary

HES is a premier national provider of facilities management services focused 100% on educational institutions. We are seeking a seasoned facilities manager to oversee custodial, maintenance, and campus service operations on a full-time basis.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and staff coordination to ensure high standards across university complexes. As a supervisor, you will manage daily cleaning operations, line up shifts, and coordinate event setups across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of management experience.
• Five years facilities management experience in commercial real-estate, institutional or academic setting.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate event setup.
• Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning operations and staff.
• Prepare schedules and biweekly payroll.
• Evaluate performance and manage disciplinary actions.
• Maintain records, reports, and inventory; communicate with vendors.
• Coordinate event setups on campus.
