Job summary

HES is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations across a campus facilities program. You will organize, schedule, assign, and perform routines while promoting safety and quality standards in collaboration with the management team.

This role requires on-site supervision of custodians, training staff on safety procedures, coordinating supplies and equipment, and ensuring compliance with environmental and health guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience supervising custodial staff and coordinating safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, assign and perform daily work routines.
• Lead safety initiatives and train staff on safety practices and PPE usage.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees and coach current staff.
• Manage supplies and equipment for staff use.
• Coordinate with management for building emergencies and major projects.
