Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist to empower students and schools. You will evaluate needs, communicate findings to families, and collaborate with ARD committees to design targeted interventions and measurable IEP goals.

The role involves delivering therapy or supervising staff, monitoring progress, and supporting students’ educational access across settings. Texas licensure and CCC‑SLP are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Active Texas licensure as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs with comprehensive assessments.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel clearly and compassionately.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee.
• Provide therapy services or supervise assistants toward IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to support programs.
