Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools with comprehensive evaluations and targeted interventions. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs: conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students’ needs for therapy services.
• Communicate findings: share evaluation results with parents and district personnel with clear, compassionate communication.
• Develop interventions: collaborate with the ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide therapy: deliver therapy services directly or supervise SLP Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress: maintain accurate, detailed records and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Support team: participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students’ programs.
