Job summary

Salesforce in Seattle is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to join the Global Public Sector Solution Engineering team. You will craft tailored solutions to higher education institutions, bridging sales, product experts, and partners to demonstrate Salesforce capabilities across the student lifecycle.

You will lead technical conversations, translate business value, and build trust with universities while navigating RFPs, proposals, and technical workshops.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS/SE/MIS required.
• 7+ years with Salesforce or CRM, focus on education.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer success.
• Artificial Intelligence and/or Data Certifications preferred, related to generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution cycle from discovery to close with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with education institutions to map challenges to Salesforce solutions.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations aligned to institutional goals.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and demonstrate Salesforce value.
• Stay ahead of education tech trends and drive adoption.
