Qualifications

5+ years in solution engineering, consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
AI and/or Data certifications, Salesforce-preferred.
Deep understanding of education operations (student lifecycle, registrar, advising, curriculum, financial aid).

Responsibilities

Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to close.
Understand institutional needs and map them to Salesforce solutions.
Prepare and present tailored demonstrations of Salesforce products for education.
Translate education processes into technology solutions for stakeholders.
Support RFPs and proposals with technical responses and value demonstrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs.
Stay updated on education tech trends and Salesforce capabilities.
Travel up to 40% for client meetings and events.
