Music & Arts is searching for a Business Development Sales Specialist to serve as a key liaison with schools in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you will develop relationships with educators, promote product growth, and represent Music & Arts within the community.

The position requires strong sales skills and a passion for music education. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to travel. The role offers a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 plus commissions.
