Ideal candidates will possess sales experience, strong communication skills, and a degree related to music. The compensation includes a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer engagement, or community relations experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of band & orchestral instruments is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with music educators and district decision-makers.
• Achieve and maintain sales goals and service excellence.
• Coordinate community events and promote Music & Arts programs.
