This role involves working closely with music educators and local stores, ensuring exceptional support for music programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Music Education or a related field, strong communication skills, and a passion for music education. A company vehicle and competitive compensation package are included.

Qualifications

• Strong practical understanding of band & orchestra instruments.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with music educators.
• Expand Music & Arts’ footprint using prioritized regional school lists.
• Achieve weekly expectations for educator conversations and meetings.
• Work closely with local stores to host events for educators.
