• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a higher education setting.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with Workday and AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication between program offices and the administrative team.
• Oversee regular touch points to ensure workflows meet deadlines.
• Analyze the business processes to develop standard operating procedures, forms, and processes.
• Reengineer business processes to increase value, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Document SOPs, develop training protocols, and build redundant skill sets for an agile team.
• Develop an annual operating plan with milestones and deliverables.
