College of the Holy Cross is seeking an Operations Manager for the Education and Academic Experience Division to lead the administrative team supporting the J. D.

Power Center, Advising and Student Learning Resources, Study Abroad, Class Deans, Ciocca Center, International Students’ Office, and the Graduate and Professional Studies Office. The role focuses on process improvement, effective communication, and high-level service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the team providing administrative support to the offices listed (J. D. Power Center, Advising and Student Learning Resources, Study Abroad, Class Deans, Ciocca Center, International Students’ Office, Graduate and Professional Studies Office).
• Liaise between offices and administrative team, ensuring effective communication and workflows and high-level service.
• Direct management of operations in the Class Deans’ Office.
• Develop procedures, training protocols and cross-functional capability to foster an agile team.
