Holy Cross Family Ministries is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure the efficient, safe, and effective day-to-day operation of our facilities. You will oversee maintenance, safety, inventory, and retail operations, and assist with capital projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in facilities, operations, property management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and respond to changing operational needs.
• Comfortable performing occasional hands-on facility and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, custodial services, landscaping, and grounds.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to facility repair needs.
• Assist with snow removal, shoveling, and salting when necessary.
• Coordinate vendor services, schedules, contracts, and performance.
• Plan and oversee replacement of equipment, furnishings, and related facility assets.
• Monitor facility safety, security, and accessibility.
• Maintain HVAC schedules based on facility use and operational needs.
• Review processes, equipment, and systems to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and cost savings.
