Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned facilities (Soccer stadium, Lacrosse stadium, and others).
• Manage game operations for assigned sports and events.
• Oversee student staff for designated events and assignments.
• Serve as liaison between departments to balance service quality and costs.
• Assist budgeting and ensure operations stay within approved limits.
• Develop innovative processes to continuously improve operations.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the department on effectiveness.
• Ensure communications align with the College mission and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Director.
