Job summary

Pansophic Learning is seeking a Product Operations Support Specialist to help support the tools and systems for teaching and learning across our schools. You will handle escalated Zendesk tickets and coordinate across our curriculum and ed-tech stack.

This role suits someone who is organized, communicates clearly, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow in ed-tech operations while supporting vendors and internal teams from a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in support, operations, or coordination.
• Experience in K-12 education.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira preferred).

Responsibilities

• Pick up escalated Zendesk tickets after initial triage and investigate issues across curriculum tools, LMS, Clever, SIS, and internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues and track to resolution with vendors/teams.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for helpdesk guidance on supported tools.
• Maintain vendor communications and track open issues and follow-ups.
• Schedule and manage vendor meetings and onboarding check-ins.
• Create and update documentation for tools, processes, and resolutions.
