Cengage Group is hiring a Customer Success Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to customers across the United States. You will drive adoption of Cengage technology, renewals, and long-term value by crafting tailored success plans and delivering proactive guidance.

Expect to travel 20-30% by air and car. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years in sales or customer success and familiarity with LMS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems and apps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insights ability.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience managing multiple customer needs simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the designated point of contact for customers and build lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets by retaining and renewing customers.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans to drive product usage.
• Provide proactive training and guidance aligned with customer objectives.
• Advocate for customers during resolution of high-severity issues.
• Conduct regular health checks to measure value realization and growth opportunities.
• Analyze customer data to identify risks, renewal challenges, and upsell opportunities.
