Job summary

Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc is seeking a Project Manager, Client Services for a remote, all-week schedule (Fri-Mon or Thu-Sun, 10-hr days) to drive eDiscovery projects across data intake, processing, hosting, and production.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage work queues, and set expectations with clients and internal partners. Requires 4+ years of experience, Relativity expertise, and a Bachelor's degree; a Masters or JD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
• 4+ years of work experience with at least two years of eDiscovery experience.
• Relativity experience required.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Strong project management skills including the ability to interpret written or oral instructions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a good understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors and the tools used to support the industry.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths needed to progress work through the system and tools used by Lighthouse to manage workflows.
• Communicate proper expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the pod’s work request queue.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leaders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
