Job summary

PHARMACEUTICAL SPECIALTIES, INC in Minnesota seeks an Account Support Specialist to manage full order processing through EDI systems and provide exceptional customer service. You will coordinate with shipping, sales, and finance to ensure accurate orders and timely resolution of issues.

You will handle inquiries, product returns, and other service tasks via phone and email while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in order processing, customer service, and/or EDI operations

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, and process customer orders
• Create and validate EDI documents (POs, ASNs, invoices, etc.) and ensure accurate data transmission
• Create and audit shipping documents such as Bill of Ladings and shipping labels
• Coordinate with shipping and finance to ensure successful order processing
• Serve as main point of contact for assigned customer accounts and respond to inquiries
