Job summary

Vanicream is seeking an Account Support Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing and customer interactions. The role includes preparing EDI documents, coordinating with shipping, sales, and finance, and resolving order-related issues with professional communication via phone and email.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma with 2+ years in order processing or EDI operations, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, and/or EDI operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
• Familiarity with EDI operations and basic shipping documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and create/validate EDI documents (POs, ASNs, invoices).
• Coordinate with shipping, sales, and finance to ensure accurate order flow.
• Resolve order issues and handle inquiries, returns, and payments via phone and email.
• Prepare and audit shipping documents and maintain data accuracy.
