Job summary

Vanicream is seeking an Account Support Specialist in Rochester, MN to manage end-to-end order processing and customer interactions. You will handle EDI documents, coordinate with shipping, sales, and finance, and respond to inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and care.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and a service-oriented mindset to resolve issues and ensure accurate data through EDI systems. Full-time with standard hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, and/or EDI operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to handle phone and email inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, and process customer orders.
• Create and validate EDI documents (POs, ASNs, invoices) and ensure accurate data transmission.
• Coordinate with shipping, sales, and finance to ensure accurate order processing.
• Serve as main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email and resolve issues.
• Process credit card payments and refunds while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain and assist with various office tasks to support the team.
