SGS Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented customer service/order processing specialist to manage orders received via EDI, email, and phone, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. You will maintain documentation, communicate with customers about discrepancies and delays, process RMAs/credits, support the sales team, greet visitors, and help with reporting and adherence to security and filing standards.

This role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and proficiency with Excel and ERP/EDI

Formación

High School diploma or GED required.
Proficient in Excel and EDI systems.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

Process all orders received via EDI, email, and phone accurately.
Document and communicate changes to orders; provide documents to operations.
Maintain effective communication with customers about price discrepancies, stockouts, and delays.
Ensure customer documentation is complete and filed.
Process RMAs and credits; forward credits to customers and finance.
Support sales team and provide customer care.
Greet and screen visitors; handle calls and relay messages.
Monitor facility admittance to authorize employees and vendors only.
Complete reports and maintain documentation.
