Job summary

Waters seeks an EDI Operations Specialist to review incoming electronic orders and correct data to keep orders moving through the order management process. You will work under the Supervisor, EDI Operations, ensuring accuracy, timely responses, and professional customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ years SAP ECC, S/4HANA experience required.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create database requests for new accounts and pricing.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of issues affecting customer satisfaction.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness; confirm and/or correct orders.
• Meet or exceed order accuracy and turnaround time standards.
• Handle all customer contacts professionally and courteously.
• Compose accurate, prompt replies to customer contacts.
• Handle complaints according to FDA regulations governing medical devices.
• Participate in projects and team meetings.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback.
