Job summary

Chosen Foods LLC is seeking an EDI Business Operations Specialist in San Diego, hybrid role with 3 days in office. You will own the EDI ecosystem, ensuring accurate transactions between retailers, 3PLs, and co-manufacturers, while preventing chargebacks and OTIF failures.

No coding is required; focus on operations, partner relationship management, and SPS Commerce platform proficiency. Reporting to the Director of IT, you will coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on EDI operations experience in a CPG, food & beverage, retail, or supply chain environment.
• Experience with SPS Commerce platform and partner onboarding.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple trading partners.
• Strong communication skills for Finance, Supply Chain, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily health of all EDI transaction flows through SPS Commerce into Acumatica ERP.
• Triage and resolve transaction exceptions across 850, 855, 856, 810, 943/944, 997.
• Manage trading partner profiles and map versions within SPS Commerce.
• Ensure no open EDI incident ages beyond 48 hours.
• Perform reconciliation between EDI records and Acumatica data; route discrepancies.
• Coordinate onboarding and go-live with SPS Commerce and partners.
• Lead escalation with internal and external stakeholders.
