Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring an EDI Analyst to support end-to-end procure-to-pay EDI across platforms. The role partners with IT, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to monitor data flows, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.

Strong analytical skills and experience with EDI formats and ERP systems are essential. The position requires 3+ years in EDI, SAP S/4HANA experience, and familiarity with OpenText/IBM Sterling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with EDI systems and integrations.
• Experience with EDI formats such as X12, XML, IDOC, positional, or delimited files.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with EDI platforms (e.g., OpenText, IBM Sterling, or similar).
• Exposure to data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
• Retail, CPG, or manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• EDI Operations & Support: primary point of contact for day-to-day EDI support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Partner Management: build relationships with trading partners and onboarding support.
• Configuration & Process Management: oversee EDI partner setups and configurations across systems.
• Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: develop reporting, analyze data, drive improvements.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: maintain documentation and train team members.
