Job summary

A leading consumer products company is seeking a Supply Chain & EDI Manager based in New York City. Role: Supply Chain & EDI Manager (NYC / Hybrid)

We are hiring a Supply Chain & EDI Manager to oversee order flow, retailer integrations, and fulfillment coordination for a growing consumer brand.

This role will own day-to-day EDI operations, retailer and distributor onboarding, 3PL coordination, and issue resolution across the order-to-invoice process. The right candidate is highly organized, systems-minded, and experienced in retail operations and supply chain execution.

Experience in manufacturing is a huge plus!

Location: Hybrid, based in the New York City area

Requirement: Must live in the Northeast tri-state area (NY, NJ, or CT)

Responsibilities

• Manage order flow from PO through fulfillment and invoicing
• Oversee EDI transactions, monitoring, and issue resolution
• Coordinate retailer and distributor onboarding
• Manage logistics for importing + International North and South American logistics
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best prices and terms
• Manage inventory levels for finished goods
• Manage inventory and orders for all raw materials through ERP
• Work with 3PL partners to ensure accurate, on-time shipments
• Maintain alignment across inventory, ERP, and sales channels
• Improve processes and resolve operational bottlenecks

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years in supply chain, operations, logistics, or EDI-focused roles
• Experience with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, or similar
• Strong understanding of retail order flow and compliance
• Experience managing 3PL partners
• Experience in manufacturing and injection molding
• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred (dynamics 365 preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly

Compensation

• $100,000 to $110,000 base + bonus & benefits (health & dental insurance)
• NYC / Tri-state preferred location
• Performance-based bonus
