Job summary

NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking an EDI & Customer Service professional to support order management and day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on Walmart and additional Mass and Private Label accounts.

Responsibilities include managing EDI orders, coordinating with Sales, Warehouse and Production, and ensuring accurate handling of orders, inventory and timelines while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in apparel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with EDI systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process EDI orders and monitor daily files to ensure timely processing.
• Review discrepancies against contracts or bulks and coordinate corrections with Sales.
• Check inventory availability and coordinate with Sales before processing
• Communicate issues to Sales and work with accounts/buyers for corrections.
• Follow up on EDI revisions and corrections with accounts/buyers.
• Manage production ETA tracking with Warehouse; prioritize containers.
• Review item setup sheets, AEX forms and Quotes; set up Walmart systems (Retail link, Nova, Supplier One).
• Collaborate with Walmart Lead, Sales, Warehouse and Production.
• Own and manage all daily Sales order maintenance and documentation for EDI transmissions.
• Support Sales on customer service and operational functions; focus on Walmart, mass, and Private Label accounts.
