Job summary

Fourth Floor, a wholesale apparel company in New York, seeks a Walmart Account Services Manager to lead end-to-end order processing and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience across supply chain operations.
• EDI and order management experience are required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with accounts, sales, distribution, and finance to ensure accurate order files and deadlines.
• Monitor inbound freight to ensure on-time shipping and budget adherence.
• Identify and resolve order issues pre-, during, and post-shipment.
• Develop process improvements for efficient order processing and tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations Support, MIS, and Warehouse management to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with external customers or third-party vendors.
• Coach staff to exceed customer expectations and support peers on projects.
• Promote career growth through cross-training.
