Fourth Floor, a wholesale apparel company in New York, seeks a Walmart Account Services Manager to lead end-to-end order processing and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of supervisory experience, EDI/order management know-how, and strong MS Word/Excel skills to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience across supply chain operations.
• EDI and order management experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with accounts, sales, distribution, and finance to ensure accurate order files and deadlines.
• Monitor inbound freight to ensure on-time shipping and budget adherence.
• Identify and resolve order issues pre-, during, and post-shipment.
• Develop process improvements for efficient order processing and tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations Support, MIS, and Warehouse management to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with external customers or third-party vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with accounts, sales, distribution and finance and all functional areas to ensure the order file is accurate and deadlines are adhered to.
• Monitor inbound freight to ensure timely shipping of orders and avoid potential shortfall to budget projections
• Identify, evaluate, and swiftly resolve order issues prior to, during, and after shipping.
• Develop and implement process improvements leading to more efficient order processing and tracking.
• Work closely with Operations Support, MIS (Management of Information Systems), and Warehouse management to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Communication with external customers and or third party vendors.
• Exceed customer expectations through continual training and coaching of staff.
• Support peers and superiors with projects.
• Promotes career growth & development by cross-training.
• Employee coaching & counselling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience required
• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and order management experience
• RLM Experience preferred
