Job summary

EDI Staffing seeks a Director of Retail Media to lead our Walmart-focused agency work, shaping digital shelf strategy and delivering integrated content, media, and catalog services. You will run the Walmart accounts, partner with brokers and account teams, and drive coordinated growth across Walmart.com initiatives.

The role requires deep Walmart expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to convert data into action, with a hybrid work setup based in Bentonville, AR.

Qualifications

5+ years in eCommerce or retail media with focus on Walmart.
Knowledge of Walmart Connect, Supplier One, PDP/content requirements.
Experience running off-site media (CTV, DSP) tied to retailer sales.
Proven track record managing multiple brand accounts.
Strong leadership and ability to develop others.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to explain findings to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead the Walmart agency business, defining strategy, delivery, and results.
Serve as the senior digital voice in client relationships and planning.
Partner across teams to align item, content, and media with sales plans.
Define services, scope, pricing, and expansion opportunities.
Design client-facing reporting cadence and translate data into decisions.
