Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Competitive Intelligence Lead for AI Software & Hardware (Edge AI) to guide HP Personal Systems' strategy. You will command a small, expert team, maintain a live pulse on the PC competitor portfolio, and translate signals into decisive, executive-ready insights.

The role demands deep analysis of the AI ecosystem from software to devices, with a focus on edge workloads, go-to-market shifts, and pricing movements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in competitive intelligence, corporate or strategy roles, ideally touching technology hardware, semiconductors, or software.
• Strong knowledge of the AI landscape across software and hardware
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to influence senior executives
• Demonstrated people leadership: managed analysts or associates and set direction

Responsibilities

• Lead deep, continuous competitor analysis across core PC/AI ecosystem.
• Build a living intelligence map on core competitors and emerging players across software and hardware.
• Synthesize findings into concise, decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of four analysts; set research agenda and cadence.
• Provide executive-level briefings and defend viewpoints with data and scenarios.
