Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3–12 months related experience.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Typing ability required; ability to work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage patient information per hospital policies.
• Assemble patient records and update information in hospital system.
• Input billing charges and process patient arrivals.
• Coordinate with nurses, providers, and staff to maintain patient flow.
• Assist with transport and prepare supplies as needed.
