Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care medical-surgical experience required, emergency nursing preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• PALS certification preferred, required within twelve months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient-centered emergency care across a wide range of conditions.
• Utilize Nursing Process and ENA standards in practice.
• Apply nurse-driven protocols and exercise independent clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, technicians, and specialty teams.
• Support patients and families emotionally and holistically during vulnerable moments.
• Practice to full scope of license with leadership support.
