Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under licensed supervision and assist the healthcare team.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status; communicate changes to RN.
• Assist in patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing where needed.
• Support unit operations, including equipment checks and supply replenishment.
• Assist with procedures and preparing equipment and supplies for treatments.
