Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in health care or closely related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily ED Patient Access operations and staffing.
• Reconcile cash and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours.
• Monitor productivity and registration quality; generate KPI reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation and submission to government agencies.
• Provide fiscal management and participate in budget planning.
• Lead staff meetings and oversee performance evaluations and discipline.
