Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing; ACLS, PALS, BLS and ENPC/TNCC certifications.
• Clinical leadership experience in a fast-paced ED setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rouning the ED triage area to oversee patient flow and throughput.
• Coordinate patient placement and flow through the ED with leadership.
• Supervise staff, ensuring prioritization and effective communication with teams.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and compliance with standards.
• Lead staff development and inter-department collaboration to optimize throughput.
