Job summary

Solenis, a global leader in water treatment and hygiene solutions, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth across Education, Government, and Building Service Contractor sectors in the New England region. You will build lasting partnerships with end-users and distributors, delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience, with strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Education / Government / BSC is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on education and BSC customers.
• Engage decision-makers to deliver consultative solutions and maximize margins.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to co-develop strategies.
• Present and demonstrate products and negotiate programs that drive growth.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage budgets and travel.
