Job summary

Solenis is seeking a strategic sales professional to grow education and BSC accounts in the greater New England area. This role emphasizes territory planning, customer engagement, and delivering consultative solutions that optimize margins and value.

You will build deep product and sector knowledge, partner with distributors, and lead business reviews with customers and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of sales experience is required, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in Education, BSC, Ed/Gov is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication across diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel overnight and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on education and BSC customers.
• Engage decision-makers and influencers, providing consultative solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products, negotiate programs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Partner with distributor sellers and internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Conduct business reviews with customers and distributors to showcase value.
• Maintain records in Salesforce, manage pricing, budgets, and travel expenses.
