Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Partner Development Manager to grow a broad portfolio of ecosystem partners and scale partner programs. You will design, launch, and operate programs that deliver clear value to partners and align with Stripe’s product priorities.

You will drive adoption of new Stripe product capabilities across the ecosystem, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track KPIs to improve partner impact and program success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships or related roles.
• Experience designing scalable partner programs.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet milestones.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; keep stakeholders informed of developments.
• Analytical with KPI tracking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of ecosystem partners through scalable programs, tiers, and operating mechanisms.
• Design, launch, and operate partner programs delivering clear value to partners and Stripe.
• Create and maintain partner tiering, engagement models, and lifecycle motions.
• Drive adoption of Stripe primitives and product capabilities across the ecosystem; track adoption and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Partner Engineering to surface integration needs and reduce friction.
• Work with Product Marketing to develop partner messaging, launches, and campaigns.
