Job summary

Stripe seeks a Partner Solutions Engineer, Ecosystem, to own the technical outcomes for a portfolio of partner integrations. You will work directly with partners, Partner Development Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers to move opportunities from technical discovery through implementation and launch.

You will develop deep expertise in Stripe’s app and platform, identify recurring barriers, and create reusable paths that improve the next partner’s experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions engineering, partner engineering, or similar hands-on roles.
• Experience designing and delivering production integrations using APIs and webhooks.
• Ability to read, write, and debug code in at least one language (JS/TS/Python/Java/Ruby/Go).
• Experience leading external partners through discovery, implementation, testing, and launch.
• Translate ambiguous partner goals into architecture, delivery plans, and decisions.
• Identify reusable patterns and contribute to product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Launch priority partner integrations and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Provide one accountable technical owner through implementation and launch.
• Influence Stripe Product roadmap with partner evidence.
• Reduce blockers through reusable architecture, guidance, testing and certification.
• Develop ecosystem expertise across app and developer-platform capabilities.
