Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to manage our portfolio of international banks. You will design and execute multi-year, global strategies to deepen relationships with banking partners and differentiate Stripe through impactful programs.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, and partner executives to craft bank-led strategies and drive outcomes for Stripe worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial services experience with banking institutions in cash management, FIG, or payments.
• Experience in partner management or business development with banking institutions in PSPs or fintechs enabling pay-in/pay-out, store value, and embedded lending.
• Advanced knowledge of banking and clearing across geographies; focus on transaction banking, e-money, safeguarding, multi-currency, cross-border payments.
• Proven track record in product-centric environments with internal/external dependencies across product, engineering, legal, sales, risk, and compliance.
• Experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies to build innovative product experiences and go-to-market models.

Responsibilities

• Develop the go-to-partner strategy and execute on bank-network projects that are global and cross-border.
• Own banking partner plans, economics, and day-to-day operations to drive partnerships to successful outcomes for Stripe.
• Leverage banking, treasury, and payments industry knowledge to craft partnership and product strategies with banks and related institutions.
• Collaborate with Product to execute deals and ensure an effective execution plan is in place.
• Educate internal teams on bank-led strategy and advance it with banking partners.
