Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical roles supporting external users or partners.
• Experience delivering production integrations using APIs, webhooks, and authentication.
• Ability to read, write, and debug code in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Java, or Go.
• Experience leading external partners from discovery through launch.
• Ability to translate partner goals into actionable architecture and plan.

Responsibilities

• Own partner technical delivery across a portfolio of ecosystem areas and integrations.
• Manage an ecosystem portfolio with prioritized integrations and dedicated technical support.
• Develop platform expertise and maintain reference architectures, testing standards, and certification paths.
• Influence Stripe’s Product roadmap by turning partner evidence into requirements and recommendations.
• Create reusable technical leverage through prototypes, scripts, and tooling.
• Measure outcomes via milestones, adoption signals, and implementation quality.
