Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Ecosystem Partnerships & Initiatives to shape partner strategy across our Digital Commerce Platform, collaborating with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Ops.

You will build operating systems, define partner categories, create deal frameworks, and drive cross-functional alignment to land and scale complex partnerships that deliver long-term value for independent restaurants and their guests.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of partnerships, business development, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnerships.
• Ability to build portfolio strategy across multi-product ecosystems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Define partner categories and strategy for long-term value.
• Build deal templates, guardrails, and review processes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Ops.
• Develop ROI models and partner scorecards to inform prioritization.
• Land and scale complex partnerships with partner managers.
