Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Ecosystem Partnerships & Initiatives to shape how we identify, structure, and scale our most important partner relationships across our Digital Commerce Platform. This high‑visibility role sits at the intersection of strategy, go‑to‑market, deals, product, and operations, and will partner with Enterprise and GM leadership.

You will own the operating system for the partnerships org, building frameworks for when to partner, build, or buy, and drive cross‑functional

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, business development, or related roles (preferred restaurant/tech experience).
• Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements with scalable terms.
• Ability to turn a multi‑product landscape into a connected ecosystem.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape how we identify, structure, and scale our partner relationships across the Digital Commerce Platform.
• Own operating system for partnerships: define categories, strategy, and deal frameworks.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment and ensure deals are structured for long‑term value.
• Land and scale complex deals, coordinates with partner managers and execs.
