Qualifications

• Three years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring.
• Implements ongoing professional development and learning activities through weekly communication and monthly virtual meetings.
• Develops interventions for instructors with implementation challenges.
• Uses data to ensure fidelity of implementation and supports instructor resources.
